Pia Toscano biography
Ann Rose Toscano (born October 14, 1988) is an American singer of Howard Beach, New York. Toscano was ranked ninth on the tenth season of American Idol. Considered a pioneer in the competition, her elimination was a shock for judges Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler, all of whom were visibly shaken and viewers and the media vocal.Some Toscano described the departure as a of the most shocking eliminations in the history of American Idol.
