United Airlines Flight 93 United Airlines flight was "morning transcontinental scheduled throughout the United States Newark International Airport in Newark, New Jersey, to San Francisco International Airport, California. Tuesday, September 11, 2001, was the Boeing 757-222 aircraft serving line hijacked by four terrorists of Al Qaeda in the attacks of September 11. It crashed in a field in Stonycreek Township, near Shanksville, Pennsylvania when an attempt by some of the passengers to regain control.
